Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in operations and management.
• DeltaV control system experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Change management expertise.
• Experience with large-scale manufacturing expansions and builds.

Responsibilities

• Set, direct, and control department goals, budgets, and objectives for automation.
• Lead the automation department to align with site strategies and manage project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and implement risk-based design and fall-back strategies.
• Assess risks of design changes and their impact on processes and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan actions, timelines, and resources.
