Reschcor Bristol, IN is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee extrusion line productivity and safety. You will lead automation upgrades, diagnose and repair PLCs and robotics, and ensure efficient, safe operation of equipment with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have strong PLC, robotics and automation experience.
• Analytical, communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Stable work history and longevity at previous employers.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Program, diagnose, repair, upgrade PLCs, robotics, and automation controls.
• Repair all equipment and tools; perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic work.
• Source external repair when in-house is not possible.
• Control shop supplies and maintain inventory records.
• Comply with OSHA requirements and maintain safe working practices.
• Lead safety-focused maintenance and scheduled repair activities.
