GMP Pros seeks a Senior Automation Lead to provide technical leadership for Ignition SCADA, Sepasoft Batch, Rockwell ControlLogix, and PlantPAx. Lead integration with OEM equipment, define standards, and ensure GMP/compliant validation across projects.

The role emphasizes lifecycle documentation, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and data integrity, with extensive exposure to regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years industrial automation experience.
• 5+ years supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing automation
• Experience leading large-scale automation deployments in regulated pharma environments.
• Extensive life-cycle documentation experience (GAMP5).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, testing, and qualification of automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Ignition SCADA, Sepasoft, PlantPAx, and ControlLogix.
• Define and enforce automation programming standards.
• Review designs and code from system integrators.
• Oversee validation documentation: URS, IQ/OQ, PQ, traceability matrices.
