Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a QA professional to lead both automation and manual testing efforts across Salesforce Service Cloud integrations. You will drive test automation with Playwright, craft robust REST API tests, and partner with client and third-party teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.

You will manage testing activities, report status to stakeholders, and guide testers through regression, integration, and UAT cycles while continually improving processes and dependencies between teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud functionality and integrations testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, and Playwright for web test automation.
• Experience with REST API testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems.
• Experience with defect management and test documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Manage testing activities and collaborate with teams to guide test approaches, understand challenges, and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with client, EPAM, and third-party teams to plan test phases, ensure thorough coverage and quality assurance, and manage dependencies between teams Drive automation of regression and integration tests and promote test automation frameworks and best practices Provide clear and timely reporting on testing status to client teams and senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, solution quality, dependencies, and challenges Drive changes and improvements within teams to enhance testing processes, evaluate the impact on dependencies, and ensure seamless integration between testing phases Plan UAT with business stakeholders, define exit criteria for testing phases, and manage dependencies between user acceptance testing and iterative testing cycles

Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA automation and manual testing, including Salesforce Service Cloud functionality and integrations testing Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Playwright Web Test Automation Experience with REST API testing Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems beyond following test scripts Experience with defect management and test documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
