Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ten (10) years of engineering experience and four (4) years of leadership experience.
• Experience delivering validated solutions in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Automation & Integration Engineering team to deliver safe, high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Build and develop a high‑performing engineering organization through hiring, mentoring, and retention.
• Provide technical leadership across controls, integration, networking, robotics, and digital manufacturing.
