Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• 3+ years of automation testing experience.
• 4+ years with JS-based automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Jasmine, Protractor).
• 4+ years API automation and REST testing (Postman, RestAssured).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with BDD/Cucumber for QA.
• Hands-on with agentic AI tools to improve test code & QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile apps using Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress for functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct cross-browser and responsive UI testing to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms and devices.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, stability, and execution efficiency.
• Ensure testing complies with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and other applicable standards.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) with clear quality gates.
• Ensure test traceability, coverage visibility, and alignment with release processes.
• Leverage agentic AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate test authoring, self-healing test maintenance, and defect analysis.
