Fidelity Investments in Covington, KY is seeking a Senior Process Automation Engineer to design, build, test, and deliver end‑to‑end automation and low‑code solutions across Stock Plan Services operations, applying expertise in RPA, data automation, API integrations and AI‑assisted capabilities.

You will work in an agile squad, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to modernize processes using Blue Prism, Power Platform, Alteryx, Copilot Studio, and related technologies for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, informatics or similar analytical field.
• 5+ years of overall experience in financial services or technology.
• 5 years hands-on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development with Blue Prism; proficiency in Python, C#, Java.
• Blue Prism Surface Automation and Backend Automation (Code/API).
• 3+ years data extraction/manipulation with Alteryx or similar tools (Informatica, Talend, Pentaho).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong SQL and Dataverse knowledge; relational data modeling and stored procedures.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and API connectors.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation concepts (Copilot Studio) is a plus.
• Agile/CI environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, scalable automation solutions in an agile environment using Blue Prism, Power Platform, and data automation tools.
• Design and develop end‑to‑end automation spanning RPA, low‑code apps, workflows, and API integrations.
• Build data/analytics automation workflows with Alteryx translating business logic to automation.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows with Dataverse storage.
• Contribute to AI-assisted automation adoption to improve efficiency and decision support.
• Provide technical leadership within an agile squad and establish governance.
