Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Senior Process Automation Engineer to design, build, test, and deliver end‑to‑end automation across Stock Plan Services. You will apply RPA, data automation, low‑code development, and API‑driven integrations using Blue Prism, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Alteryx in a fast‑paced agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, informatics or a related field.
• 5+ years in financial services or technology with automation experience.
• Hands‑on RPA development experience on Blue Prism with scripting in Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience with Blue Prism Surface and Backend automation (Code/API).
• 3+ years data extraction/manipulation tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, or Talend.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SQL, Dataverse data modeling, and stored procedures understanding.
• RESTful APIs design/consumption and external system integration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation concepts like Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable, end‑to‑end automation in an agile team using RPA, low‑code apps, workflows, and APIs.
• Build data and analytics automation workflows translating business logic into automation.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with secure Dataverse modeling.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted automation including Copilot Studio and AI agents.
• Provide technical leadership, setting standards, governance, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with business and IT to deploy, support, and maintain production automation.
• Ensure controls, compliance, and audit requirements are met in automation assets.
• Create deployment checklists and comprehensive solution/user documentation.
