Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, informatics or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or technology
• 5 years of hands-on RPA development experience on Blue Prism
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java and integration development lifecycle
• Experience with Blue Prism Surface Automation and Backend Automation
• 3+ years of data extraction/manipulation experience (Alteryx preferred)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong SQL and Dataverse data modeling knowledge
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation (Copilot Studio) a plus
• Experience in agile CI environments
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deliver end-to-end automation and low-code solutions.
• Develop API-driven integrations across internal/external systems.
• Lead data and analytics automation using Alteryx and related tools.
• Create Power Apps and Power Automate workflows with robust Dataverse models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to ensure compliant, scalable automation.
• Support production automation assets and governance within CI/CD.
