Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5–8 years of industrial automation experience.
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI development using Emerson, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing, programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting automation systems, including FAT, SAT, startup and customer site support.

Responsibilities

• PLC programming and automation development for ABB, Emerson, Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric
• HMI design, control logic, alarming, trending and system integration
• Industrial networking protocols: Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, DNP3, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET
• Control system architecture design including PLCs, HMIs, relays, controllers and communication processors
• Industrial networking expertise: Layer 2/3, VLANs, routing, switching, IP addressing and redundancy
• Hands-on testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and network diagnostics (Wireshark)
• OT cybersecurity and secure remote access solutions (VPNs, firewalls, IEC 62443)
• Knowledge of power automation systems and relevant standards (UL, IEEE, IEC)
