Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Lake Zurich, IL seeks an engineering leader to design, implement, and support automation, electrical control systems, and packaging equipment for site utilities and production lines. You will act as SME within Engineering and collaborate with Maintenance and Validation to meet cGMP and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

Experience designing, developing and testing manufacturing equipment.
Strong knowledge of automation, electrical controls and packaging systems.
Familiarity with cGMP and data integrity requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, troubleshoot and improve manufacturing equipment.
Support PLC, HMI and server/industrial IT network infrastructure for packaging.
Lead capital-improvement projects from funding to validation.
Maintain validated state of equipment, systems and facilities and ensure compliance.
Advise management on technical issues and opportunities.
