Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Warrendale, PA seeks a Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to support hardware manufacturing systems. You will design and implement assembly, test, and packaging processes for electro-mechanical devices, lead cross-functional projects, and drive efficiency improvements across production lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, strong leadership and PM skills, and experience with DELMIA/Apriso and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Experience with electro-mechanical manufacturing processes and line design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and ERP tools.
• Ability to read construction and process drawings.
• Excellent problem solving and statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily activities of the manufacturing engineering department.
• Collaborates with managers and engineers to develop and improve manufacturing methods.
• Leads projects related to product design, tooling, and production equipment.
• Plans capacity, space requirements, and workflow for efficiency.
• Assists in budgeting and estimating staff and cost requirements.
• Researches and implements improved manufacturing and warehousing methods.
• Works with suppliers and quality systems to ensure quality outcomes.
• Represents operations in New Product Development for manufacturability.
