Qualifications

Experience in regulated or cGMP manufacturing environments.
Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA systems (Rockwell, Inductive/Ignition, Aveva/Wonderware, Siemens, Emerson, or B&R).
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5 and ISA standards.
Experience with FactoryTalk Batch, Data Historian, and MS SQL databases.

Responsibilities

Interface with PLCs, SCADAs, HMIs, Servers, Databases, Data Historian and other automation equipment.
Support design, commissioning and validation of equipment as automation lead.
Provide cross-functional consultation and train others on systems and processes.
Review requirements, drawings, coding procedures, and guidelines.
Lead investigations and coordinate audits with minimal supervision.
