Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking an experienced SME to lead environmental and building management systems and PLCs at our facilities in South San Francisco. You will own system lifecycle documents, commissioning, qualification, SOPs, drawings, TOPs and change control.

The role requires 8+ years in automation with CGMP environments, strong Siemens Desigo CC experience, instrumentation knowledge, and the ability to guide projects and teams through validation, deviations, and CAPA processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
8+ years of relevant industry experience with Siemens Desigo CC and PLCs.
Experience with instrumentation, calibration, GMP, change control and validation.
Proven ability to develop requirements, scope, budgets, timelines and manage automation projects.

Responsibilities

Create and review system lifecycle documents including commissioning and qualification, SOPs, drawings, TOPs and change control.
Ensure effective operation of systems by monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems in a compliant state.
Lead automation solutions implementation based on prior cGMP experience.
Provide leadership to engineers and contractors on projects.
Support and lead commissioning and qualification requirements and documentation.
