Just Evotec Biologics in Redmond, WA seeks a Senior Automation Engineer – Global MSAT to lead AVEVA PI deployment and integration across international sites. You will drive data analytics, reporting, and PI ecosystem enhancements, collaborating with process control systems and OT infrastructure.

The role requires deep PI experience, DeltaV integration know-how, and SDLC governance to support a cGMP, continuous processing manufacturing platform.

Qualifications

• Robust background in control system automation and validation.
• Strong AVEVA PI system architecture knowledge (PI AF, PI Vision).
• Experience integrating AVEVA PI with DeltaV/SCADA/DCS.
• Familiarity with FDA CFR 21 Part 11 compliance.
• Experience with SDLC practices for automation systems.
• Global manufacturing experience and change management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee deployment of AVEVA PI system across international sites.
• Architect and sustain PI framework using AF and Vision.
• Integrate new data sources and analytics within PI ecosystem.
• Define integration strategies between PI and process control systems.
• Support governance and lifecycle management of automation platforms.
• Define and improve SDLC processes for automation.
• Collaborate with MSAT/site teams to align with platform objectives.
• Ensure OT infrastructure connectivity and data governance.
• Develop reporting/visualization tools with AVEVA PI.
