Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a digital manufacturing specialist to lead deployment of modern tools at our Urbana site. You will drive data-driven process improvements and implement scalable solutions across production lines.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience, a STEM degree, and hands-on work with MES, SAP, SCADA, and analytics. Expect close collaboration with operations and engineering in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with digital tools.
• Strong understanding of databases, network infrastructure, programming, and measurement systems.
• Competency with manufacturing software tools such as MES, SAP, SCADA systems, and SPC applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing software and data systems in manufacturing environments.
• Growth mindset with a continuous desire to learn new skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of digital tools to improve processes throughout the site.
• Drive technology initiatives focusing on SQL, SCADA, .NET/C#, server management, ERP, MES, statistics, and APIs.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and site management to build a digital roadmap.
