Lilly is hiring a Senior Principal Engineer - Automation Engineering to support the Automation Engineering Department at the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Indiana. You will lead capital projects, provide expert guidance on DeltaV/Rockwell systems, and mentor peers to ensure compliant, validated automation for GMP manufacturing.

Qualifications

Minimum B.S. in Engineering with 8+ years in Biopharma Automation.
Experience with DeltaV batch and Rockwell PLC in GMP environments.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead capital project execution, design, development, commissioning & qualification and support.
Oversee Site Area leads and System Integrators.
Participate in design reviews and DeltaV software reviews, FATs.
Develop functional requirements and process control strategies with Process Engineering.
