Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a Technical Specialist to provide advanced leadership in the development, implementation, testing, startup, commissioning, and calibration of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and ICS systems. Travel to client sites may be required as projects demand.

You will work on complex distributed electrical and control systems, configure Modbus devices, review supplier documentation, and contribute to safe, compliant project execution across regional and national sites.

Qualifications

Requires 10 or more years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of EPMS, BMS, Industrial instrumentation and/or SCADA systems.
10+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or 8+ years with an Associate's degree.
Requires reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer.

Responsibilities

Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of complex BMS, EPMS and SCADA systems with advanced configurable integrations.
Configure communication devices and troubleshoot links; perform basic TCP/IP configuration.
Understand PLC applications to load, update projects and configure communication parameters.
Prepare and review simple electrical sketches, CX plans, and data sheets; perform basic calculations.
