Portland Bottling Company in Clackamas, OR seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to troubleshoot, upgrade and support manufacturing network systems. You will edit and troubleshoot PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI software, and collaborate with Process Engineering on software architecture and enterprise integration.

The role combines hands-on engineering with documentation, calibration of sensors, and remote after-hours support to keep 24/7 operations running smoothly.

Qualificações

• BS in Robotics/Controls engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive PLC and HMI experience in industrial automation.
• Hands-on track record with automation integration and kaizens.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, test and debug PLC and HMI software to support operations.
• Develop interfaces to control and monitor systems, including ladder logic and SCL.
• Install and commission programs with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
• Create system documentation and backups of diagrams and programs.
• Provide after-hours remote support for 24/7 operation.
• Train production personnel on operation and maintenance of systems.
