Job summary

Portland Bottling Company is seeking a Production Associate for the graveyard shift (12-hour) in Clackamas, OR. You will operate production equipment safely, monitor quality, and maintain GMP compliance.

The role requires basic math, writing, and computer skills, with manufacturing experience preferred. Starting pay is $21 per hour with a 2-2-3 rotation schedule, PTO and floating holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

  • Basic writing and communication abilities.
  • Adequate math & computer skills for line performance.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sanitation, GMP and allergen handling is a plus.
  • Experience with production paperwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and maintain quality and GMP standards.
  • Monitor machine operations and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature; stop machines when needed.
  • Troubleshoot deviations and determine root causes with the team.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain attendance.

Job Summary
  • $21 / hour starting wage (higher wage available for candidates with experience
  • Schedule: 6pm - 6:30am, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off *SEE BELOW FOR SCHEDULE ROTATION
  • 3 weeks of PTO to start
  • Plus 9 floating holidays each year
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind.
  • Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.
  • Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
  • Stop or resets machines when malfunctions occur.
  • Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters. Work with the team to determine root cause of the problem.
  • Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Complete required production paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
