CoorsTek is seeking a Sr. Automation/Controls Engineer to act as a senior technical expert in industrial automation across our manufacturing operations.

You will define, implement, and support automation and controls systems, lead complex troubleshooting, and drive improvements in yield, reliability, and safety. You will design and program Rockwell Automation controls, collaborate with suppliers and integrators, and standardize automation architectures across sites while ensuring OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• Minimum of 5 years of controls, automation, or manufacturing engineering experience with hands-on responsibility.
• Experience designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting PLC/HMI-based equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead automation projects across manufacturing sites, including installation, commissioning, and FAT/SAT.
• Develop and maintain PLC/HMI programming standards and electrical schematics.
• Support design, integration, and debugging of Rockwell/FactoryTalk systems and OT networks.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and drive safety and reliability improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and production teams.
