Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree and 16 years of experience, or High School diploma with 20 years of experience.
• 15+ years building and automating secure infrastructure across Federal Financial programs.
• Specializes in Infrastructure as Code with Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline engineering with Jenkins.
• Continuous monitoring with Splunk for RHEL and Windows Server systems in air-gapped and AWS GovCloud environments.
• Experience with Ansible/Ansible Tower/AWX.
• Proven experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Experience in automating decommission/provisioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Direction: mentor architects and engineers and lead design sessions.
• Define and maintain the target-state automation architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of secure automation solutions for Federal Financial environments (air-gapped and AWS GovCloud).
• Develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies using Ansible and related technologies.
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for repeatable, secure deployments.
• Lead architecture reviews and document key decisions and standards.
• Identify and roadmap automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Design automation for server provisioning, configuration, patching, lifecycle management, and decommissioning across RHEL and Windows Server.
