Leidos Defense Systems Manufacturing seeks a Principal Electronics Manufacturing Test Engineer to architect and deploy advanced automated test equipment and software for complex electronic systems. You will mentor engineers, lead TRR and failure reviews, and drive improvements across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BS or Master’s degree with extensive test engineering experience.
• Proven track record deploying automated test equipment in defense manufacturing.
• Expertise in electronic assembly testing and functional testers.
• Proficient in LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python for test software.
• Strong schematic capture, PCB design, and signal integrity skills.
• Solid background in SPC, MSA, and test limit optimization.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance.
