Job summary

ARCH Cutting Tools is seeking a senior inspector with expertise in PC-DMIS CMM programming and GD&T-driven dimensional inspection. You will develop and validate offline programs from CAD data, perform complex inspections, and ensure documentation meets medical-device quality standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior inspectors, analyzing results to drive quality improvements, and upholding ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and GMP requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced CMM and PC-DMIS programming experience, including offline programming from CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint interpretation, dimensional inspection, and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of medical-device quality requirements, including ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and GMP.
