Job summary

Janux Therapeutics, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Senior/Clinical Trial Manager to lead operational aspects of autoimmune trials from start-up to close-out.

You will oversee CROs, vendors, and sites, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and in line with GCP and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and supports trial strategy, TMF processes, and study set-up activities, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of clinical trial experience; CTM for autoimmune programs preferred.
• Experience with trial setup, monitoring, and close-out.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
• Experience with eTMF, CTMS, and EDC systems.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, and trial sites.
• Maintain study documentation and inspection readiness.
• Lead study and department meetings; archiving minutes.
• Support budget management and day-to-day operations.
• Track trial metrics and ensure quality checks.
