Job summary
Janux Therapeutics, based in San Diego, seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Contracts to lead contract lifecycle management for clinical trials. The role collaborates with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and vendors to negotiate, finalize, and track agreements and budgets.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in biotech/pharma contract management, Site Budget experience, and strong ICH-GCP knowledge. Onsite work in San Diego preferred; relocation may be offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of contract management experience in biotech/pharma.
- Clinical Site Budget experience necessary.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and related regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive contract lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance and Accounting to support contracts.
- Track contracts, amendments and budgets and provide updates to teams.
- Serve as point person for contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support RFx and Vendor Management activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
