Job summary

Janux Therapeutics is seeking a Senior/Clinical Trial Manager to lead operational delivery for autoimmune programs in a fast-paced biotech setting. You will manage CROs, sites, and vendors, ensuring study deliverables meet ICH/GCP and SOP standards while maintaining timelines and budget.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and contribute to trial strategy, TMF completeness, and regulatory submissions, with limited travel and a hybrid work location in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 5+ years CTM or 8+ years Sr. CTM experience.
• Experience in complex autoimmune trials including setup, monitoring and close-out.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Proficiency with eTMF, CTMS, EDC and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end clinical trial operations from start-up to close-out.
• Manage CROs, vendors, and sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate trial documentation, TMF readiness, and audits/inspections.
• Support study setup, regulatory submissions, and CSR readiness.
• Monitor metrics, drive issue resolution, and participate in process improvements.
