Job summary

T.O. Haas Tire & Auto in Lexington, NE seeks a Senior Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair customer vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards. You’ll work with a seasoned team, handle multi-point inspections, and take on complex repairs.

A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is possible based on experience, with compensation from $70,000 to $95,000 per year. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician or mechanic is required.
• ASE certifications acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Proficient with diagnostics using computerized equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; 18+ years old; HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles according to certification level.
• Perform multi-point inspections and repairs with accuracy.
• Explain repairs to customers and store staff.
• Recommend services and document findings in the customer file.
• Follow safety procedures and work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
