GreatWater 360 Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to perform advanced inspections, diagnostics, and high-quality repairs, ensuring safety and reliability for customers. You will work with a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time.

The shop combines neighborhood-level culture with the tools, training, and support of the GreatWater network, offering growth opportunities, modern diagnostics, and a stable workflow in Hudson, OH.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail.
• Experience performing advanced brake, suspension, and HVAC repairs.
• Positive attitude and strong team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services.
• Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and customer service.
• Maintain labor productivity targets.
