Job summary

Neil Huffman Mazda Volkswagen in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician. You will diagnose and repair Mazda, Volkswagen, and pre-owned vehicles with a 40-hour weekly guarantee during the first two months, paid weekly at $35–$45 per flagged hour, plus production bonuses.

Applicants should have 3+ years of shop experience, strong diagnostic skills, and be able to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment. ASE/ Mazda/Volkswagen certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong A-Level diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience with engine and major mechanical repairs.
• Ability to produce efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
• Own basic technician tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and engine performance concerns.
• Complete engine and major mechanical repairs.
• Perform brake, steering, and suspension repairs.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations.
• Mentor less experienced technicians as needed.
• Complete quality repairs to manufacturer standards.
