Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years underwriting experience.
• High School Diploma with 10+ years underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate under Zurich Risk Policy and governance guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to develop underwriting guidelines and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and align resources for successful outcomes.
• Review complex queries and approvals within delegated authority.
• Support profitability analysis and pricing for specialty lines.
