Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; auto shop vocational graduate preferred.
• CDE certificate or equivalent credentials are required or strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of automotive mechanical/electrical diagnosis and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication conversion quality, timeliness, and issue resolution.
• Diagnose and evaluate vehicle damage to determine repair needs.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager on daily work dispatch.
• Maintain shop vehicles and oversee inspections and quality checks.
• Estimate repair costs and supervise safe, compliant work.
• Coach technicians on Davey processes and training.
• Road test vehicles and ensure compliance with specs.
