AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and supporting daily store operations.

You’ll engage customers, share automotive knowledge, install basic items, read vehicle codes with diagnostic tools, and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise as needed.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Promote products and promotions to reach sales goals and metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe workplace.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and AutoZone systems to support customer needs.
