Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is required.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide clear, friendly communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Promote products and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Share knowledge of parts, tools, and promotions; support installations when needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
