Customer Service by exceeding expectations in Stevens Point, WI. In this role you’ll assist customers, maintain inventory, and provide expert advice while working with a team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Assist customers with installations of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Read vehicle codes with diagnostic tools and recommend solutions.
