Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and teammates to motivate and support the team.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness: Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations: Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services: Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and installations.
• Diagnostics Support: Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
