Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations; use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
