Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in Pecos, TX to deliver WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You’ll maintain stocked inventory, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice to boost sales and improve the shopping experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, have basic automotive knowledge, and be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Physical ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts and provide clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with team and managers to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Promote products and promotions to help meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and follow cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and use PPE to maintain a safe workspace.
• Stay knowledgeable on automotive parts, tools, and promotions and assist with installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and advise on solutions.
