Responsibilities

• Engage customers with clear, professional communication.
• Recommend products and promotions to reach sales goals.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked merchandise and store cleanliness.
• Assist with basic installations (wiper blades, batteries, bulbs).
• Use diagnostic tools to guide customers on simple vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to run a productive store.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
