AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. This Senior Retail Sales Associate role focuses on delivering WOW!

customer service by exceeding expectations and helping customers find the best solutions while supporting store growth. You’ll assist customers with product selection, provide expert advice, and participate in inventory management, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and maintain positive interactions.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a productive store environment and demonstrate leadership.
Recommend products, services, and promotions to help achieve sales goals and store metrics.
Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations and provide diagnostics support.
