Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail: previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & teamwork: collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & metrics: recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory management & store operations: restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies.
• Process orientation & safety: follow structured processes and PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
