AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will help deliver WOW!

service and support sales by sharing product knowledge, guiding customers, and maintaining a positive, knowledgeable store environment. You’ll engage with customers, assist with installations (wiper blades, batteries, lights), and work with teammates to meet store goals while upholding

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 or older.
Basic automotive parts knowledge.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and provide clear, professional communication.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
Promote products and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics.
Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.
Follow established processes and safety policies to maintain a secure workplace.
Stay informed on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist with basic installations.
Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions when applicable.
