AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in Missouri to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will engage with customers, work with the team, and contribute to sales goals while maintaining store operations and product knowledge. The role includes assisting with installations and using diagnostic tools as needed.

Formación

• Must have strong communication and people skills.
• Experience with automotive parts or retail preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety policies and PPE usage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with products and solutions.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain a productive environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain store organization.
• Follow cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Provide installation assistance for wiper blades, batteries, and lights.
• Read diagnostic codes with tools to suggest solutions.
