AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service, assist customers with automotive parts and solutions, and help them select the right products.

You will support store operations, maintain organized inventory, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. You’ll engage in sales conversations, meet performance goals, and work closely with managers to maintain a positive, productive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn parts and solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to assist Spanish-speaking customers.
• Customer-focused with ability to meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide WOW! customer service and assist customers in choosing automotive parts.
• Maintain a well-stocked, organized store and support inventory control.
• Deliver expert advice and promote products and promotions to customers.
• Support store operations, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to foster a positive retail environment.
