• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment and support daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and assist customers with basic installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
