Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to assist customers.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to reach sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist with installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
