Job summary

AutoZone in Michigan is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting customers, recommending automotive parts, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked store.

You’ll engage with customers, share knowledge on parts and promotions, and work with a team to meet sales goals. Flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends and overtime is required; ASE certification and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and promote products and promotions.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization and follow POS procedures.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet sales goals and deliver WOW! service.
