Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions.

You will assist with product selection, provide expert automotive advice, and contribute to a high-energy, safe store environment. You will engage in inventory restocking, cash handling procedures, and promotions, while meeting sales goals and store performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice with clear communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a positive, productive store environment.
• Assist customers with installations of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and propose solutions.
