AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Senior Retail Sales Associate in Dale, TX to deliver WOW! Customer Service and drive store performance. You will assist customers with automotive parts, provide expert advice, and contribute to safe, organized store operations.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Bilingual Spanish and English communication is highly valued, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Basic automotive parts knowledge is required.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
Recommend products, services, and promotions to drive sales and meet store goals.
Restock merchandise, organize the floor, and follow cash-handling procedures.
Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and installations to assist customers.
Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
