Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule flexibility including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to boost customer experience and sales.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist customers with installations and basic automotive services as applicable.
